- The Doomsday is a spaceship from the Armada portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.

The Doomsday (ドゥームズデイ Dūmuzudei) was the flagship of the Decepticon fleet during the early centuries of the war over the Mini-Con robots.

The Doomsday attempted to intercept the Mini-Con starship Exodus as it fled Cybertron. However, between it and the prize was the Autobot flagship Hyperion and the rest of the Autobot fleet. Though the Doomsday scored crippling hits on the Exodus's transwarp drive, the Mini-Cons managed to escape the system. First Encounter

- The name Doomsday comes from the Japanese Legends of the Microns Year Book 2003; the ship was not named in the English dub. It was however named in the Japanese version of the episode.
