Elita and [[Optimus Prime (ES)|Optimus Prime]] ambushed [[Swindle (ES)|Swindle]] and his brother [[Hardtop (ES)|Hardtop]] at a trap set up by [[G.H.O.S.T.|G.H.O.S.T.]], when they pursued the two, an [[Arachnamech|Arachnamech]] ambush allowed Swindle to escape, but Hardtop was captured and put into G.H.O.S.T. custody. Later, she joined Optimus and Megatron in informing [[Dot Malto|Dot Malto]] about the Decepticon presence in [[Witwicky (town)|Witwicky]] and convincing her to work with G.H.O.S.T. in fighting a new threat. {{storylink|Secret Legacy, Part 1}}
