Energon enemas are a kind of Cybertronian medical procedure. They presumably involve Energon being inserted... somewhere.
Fiction
Generations Selects Special Comic
While trying to stop the Quintessons from continuing their conquest of Earth, Neo Autobot X used Rung's alternate mode to insert an Energon enema into a Quintesson Judge. Abominus comic 2
Games
Transformers: Earth Wars
Rung suggested an Energon enema would have the injured Sandstorm and Springer good as new. Transformers: Earth Wars
Notes
- Conceived by Simon Furman, the Energon enema was one of few Earth Wars story beats to be widely screenshotted and shared outside the game's usual audience, going so far as to reach the eye of Selects writer Hayato Sakamoto, leading to it being depicted in comic form.
- Does an Energon enema result in the patient's humiliating defeat or does it make them good as new? We need consistency in our questionable gags!
Foreign names
- Japanese: Energon kanchō (Earth Wars, エネルゴン浣腸), Energon enema (Generations Selects, エネルゴンエネマ)
