The Repug Armor (リパッグアーマー Ripaggu Āmā), based on Repugnus, can serve as an armored suit or vehicle for Headmasters.

Having acquired the Repug Armor at some point, Repugnus (having been then stuck in a Headmaster form), leapt into action within the armor when Broadside's massive transtector was hijacked by Trickdiamond and Thrust. Using Blowpipe's Electro-Clone Beam, the Autobots were able to create a large duplicate of the Repug Armor to fit Broadside's massive Headmaster form, and it was used to break into the transtector and put an end to Thrust and Trickdiamond's rampage.
