Fiction

Marvel Comics continuity

After acquiring the mind of legendary Autobot leader Optimus Prime on a floppy disk, Fortress Maximus authorized Project Prime, an attempt to build a new body for the deceased hero. The Project Prime team didn't have much luck, due to the depleted resources of the Steelhaven following the creation of the Autobot Pretenders and the creation of a new body for Goldbug, himself a member of the Project Prime team.

Goldbug was later tasked with bringing the disk to Nebulos to use their advanced facilities to accomplish Prime's resurrection, Totaled! where he succeeded in his mission. People Power!
