Cybertron Service is responsible for supplying spare limbs to Autobots wounded during the conflict with the Decepticons.

When Red Alert had to amputate Hot Shot's leg during the battle to defend Space bridge 687-030, she told him that Cybertron Service would issue him a new leg within six to eight solar cycles. Hot Shot requested a second opinion. TransWarped
