Arto Nieminen (born 1957) is a Finnish actor, voice actor, writer, and director. Among his many voice roles, he's played the title character (and others) in the 2003 He-Man series and multiple characters (such as Giovanni, Professor Oak, and Meowth) in the Pokémon franchise.
