- Cloudcover is a Decepticon Seeker from the Generation 2 portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Emerging from Cybertron's Toxic Sludge Swamps, Cloudcover unleashes a storm of toxic destruction! Along with the rest of Toxitron's team of radioactive warriors, Cloudcover is a toxic... crusader, if you will.[1]

Whether it was ever meant to be taken into production and whether it was meant to be Ramjet or a new character remains unknown. It was originally offered for sale in October of 2000 from Whiz Bang Collectibles, along with other items seemingly from a former Hasbro employee's collection.[2]
