Mater took a dark turn years after being told he was the last straw in why the Cars franchise went downhill.

A Voyager-scaled release, the Terrorcon Battletrap converts into a licensed GMC tow truck, and comes with a mace accessory, which can be wielded in both modes. His tow truck crane converts into forearm enhancements when in robot mode.

Intriguingly, his box render shows him sporting a Decepticon insignia on his forehead. It is currently unknown as to whether this is a mistake, early concept art, or simply the possibility that he may have been a Decepticon before joining Scourge's Terrorcons.
