Town Commanders (僕らの町の司令官 Bokura no Machi no Shireikan, lit. "Our Town's Commander") are Commander-rank Autobots assigned to defend various locales in Japan. Most of them carry their own Matrix and have their own unique weapon to use in their battles against evil.
