"Dialman" is a Transformer from the Dreamwave portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

"Dialman" is a gladiator Transformer.

Dialman was part of the crowd that looked on as Megatron killed Emirate Xeon, and brandished about his severed head. The War Within #2

Don Figueroa based this character on the eponymous 1983 Micro Change MC-17 Dialman (ダイヤルマン) toy that transforms into a combination lock. While the comic character has an original color scheme, the toy itself has dark blue body parts with a black head, waist, and feet.
