Toys
Shattered Glass Collection
- Decepticon Flamewar with Fireglide (Deluxe Class, 2022)
- Accessories: Fire Blast effect
- Known designers: Mark Maher (Hasbro)
- Released as part of the Shattered Glass Collection subline, Fireglide is a redeco of Siege Battle Master Pteraxadon, transforming from an axe into a pterodactyl. Fireglide is packed alongside Deluxe figure "Decepticon Flamewar".
- Fireglide's axe mode can be held by or mounted on Flamewar and other figures via 5 mm posts. An extra post on the body of the weapon (attached to the pterodactyl head) allows this mode to be held like a blaster, with the handle forming the barrel; the tip of the handle/barrel has a small peg for attaching blast effects. Fireglide also includes an orange redeco of Pteraxadon's fire blast effect.
- This set was revealed by UK retailer In Demand Toys before any official announcement from Hasbro.
- This mold was also used to make Siege Terror-Daxtyl, War for Cybertron Trilogy Enerax, and Kingdom Sights.
Notes
- Fireglide's coloration is taken from the bow carried by Timelines BotCon 2014 Flamewar, which was redecoed from the Echohawk Bow carried by Prime: Beast Hunters Arcee.
- While Fireglide officially transforms into an axe or a blaster, the Shattered Glass version of Flamewar's Magic: The Gathering card depicts Fireglide with a "bow" mode made by keeping the wings folded out in axe mode and holding the weapon in reverse by the blaster handle.
