This inccarnation of Eaglemoss was actually a merger of the original ''Eaglemoss'' and ''GE Fabbri'', which were separate prior to 2011. Presumably, this is why both are listed as producing the comic.

Eaglemoss, founded in 1975, was a company mostly known for publishing partwork publications, ranging from the geeky, to the not. In the Transformers world, however, they were known for publishing the fortnightly Transformers: Prime comic in Russia. It ran for 65 issues, from August 24, 2012 to December 27, 2013.

This incarnation of Eaglemoss was actually a merger of the original Eaglemoss and GE Fabbri, which were separated prior to 2011. Presumably, this is why both are listed as producing the comic.
