The two pairings have a friendly rivalry between them, always competing to see which one will take out their Decepticon targets first.

- Phaser the Space Shuttle front half
- Blast Master the Space Shuttle back half
- Moonrock the rocket transport front half
- Missile Master the rocket transport back half
Toys
Fight! Super Robot Lifeform Transformers
- Shuttle Rocket W Team (Micro Transformer W Team, 1991)
- ID number: C-364
- Accessories: Rocket, Micro Trailer #4
- Released in the Return of Convoy part of the original Takara Fight! Super Robot Lifeform Transformers toyline, the Shuttle Rocket W Team is identical to two-thirds of the Hasbro-release Astro Squad, two pairs of Micromasters who each transform into half of a larger vehicle, able to swap around to make some interesting combinations. Phaser and Blast Master form the front and back half of a Space Shuttle (respectively), and Moonrock and Missile Master form the front and back half of a rocket transport truck (also respectively).
- On top of that, the set comes with Micro Trailer #4, a storage/launching vehicle for Micromasters which can also attach to a Micromaster half-vehicle, plus an extra decal sheet with optional stickers to adorn your Team with.
Notes
- The letter "W" is often used in Japanese media in place of the word "double", as the letter "W" (double-u) is pronounced the same as "double" in Japanese (daburu), making them interchangeable with one another. This same word play scheme was previously used for the W Cassettebots during The Headmasters.
