The name or term "Trailbreaker" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Trailbreaker (disambiguation).
Trailbreaker is an Autobot from the Prime portion of the Aligned continuity family.

For some robots, trudging through jungles and deserts can be a massive pain, and fighting through it can be even worse. For a badass wilderness commando like Trailbreaker (aka Trailcutter), however, it's nothing short of a cakewalk. Of course, it partly helps that he uses an impermeable force field to get through these harsh conditions.

Fiction

Aligned novels

When Optimus Prime and the others were captured by the Quintessons, the remaining Autobots aboard the Ark contemplated their next move. Sunstreaker mentioned Trailbreaker as part of a strike force he would assemble to rescue the big guy and their friends. Retribution

2015 Robots in Disguise cartoon

Following the restoration of Cybertron from the Great War, Trailbreaker was one of the many Autobots blacklisted by the new High Council for being a supporter of Optimus Prime. Enemy of My Enemy
