- Flying drone units are drones from the Revenge of the Fallen portion of the live-action film continuity family.

When the Decepticons' Blue drones and Green drones just aren't enough, Flying drones can be sent in to give the Autobots a hard time. Though they do have projectile attacks, upon seeing an enemy, they have the tendency to convert to their Stealth Bomber alternate mode and kamikaze attack for massive damage! A couple of hits from these and Optimus and/or Bumblebee will surely fall, and Megatron and The Fallen will reign supreme! That is, unless the Autobots manage to dispatch them... Which isn't that hard of a task...
