: A Walmart-exclusive, the Quintesson High Commander is a Deluxe Class-ish figure that transforms from Quintesson High Commander to Quintesson space cruiser and back!  Balljointed elbows, shoulders, and a rotational hinge behind the head are the toy's only articulation points.  Otherwise, in robot mode the figure rests atop a structure sculpted to look like additional tentacles (to the rubberized ones flowing out from under his torso).

The Quintesson High Commander is a Quintesson from the Transformers One portion of the Live-action continuity family.
I find the lack of massive chin disturbing...

The Quintesson High Commander is a Quintesson (duh) with an apparent dislike of Sentinel Prime. Is he one of the mysterious Creators? Or maybe a creation of Quintus Prime? Or even a relative of the Great Deceiver, Quintessa herself? Only time will tell...

General Ken... Wait, wrong franchise.
A Walmart-exclusive, the Quintesson High Commander is a Deluxe Class-ish figure that transforms from Quintesson High Commander to Quintesson space cruiser and back in 18 steps! Balljointed elbows, shoulders, and a rotational hinge behind the head are the toy's only articulation points. Otherwise, in robot mode the figure rests atop a structure sculpted to look like additional tentacles (to the rubberized ones flowing out from under his torso).
There's a single Energon cube tucked into a paper baggie as the toy's only accessory.
