HasCon 2019, the second HasCon convention, was announced on October 30, 2017. It was initially set to take place on September 6 through September 8, at the same location as its predecessor, HasCon 2017. It was delayed with no new date set and quietly cancelled.

Distributor listing names revealed that two online Transformers exclusives released in 2019 were originally intended for HasCon. The former set was released exclusively via Hasbro Pulse, while the latter was released as a shared exclusive for various online "fan channel" retailers.
