Akihide Saitō (斉藤 明英 Saitō Akihide) is a prolific Japanese animator known for such productions as G Gundam, Yu Yu Hakusho, and a hefty chunk of the long-running Pokémon anime. In the world of the Transformers, he is best known as the author of a variety of Scramble City subline of the original Generation 1 franchise in his capacity as a member to Studio OX as well as an animator on the Revenge of Cronos television series for GoBots' originating brand.
