Jugglers

The "Jugglers", as they are nicknamed, are a top-secret committee of high-ranking and eerily-identical generals.

Fiction

Transformers vs. G.I. Joe

When General Flagg approached the Jugglers for permission to nuke Cybertron out of the sky, they turned him down; the committee stated that they wanted to instead try and repurpose the planet as a mega-factory. Once they had conquered it, of course. The Jugglers then told Flagg that they had decided to pull G.I. Joe from any dealings with the alien sphere. The GIJONIN, agents they had more control over, would take care of the Autobots and Decepticons instead. Realizing that the Jugglers' foolish and self-serving actions would cost the Earth its survival, Flagg relieved them of their duty, by gunning them down. The GIJONIN sprung up to defend their employers, though Flagg managed to handle the lot of them by drawing their fight out into a larger brawl taking place outside. Expelled from the Garden
