Captured by Bludgeon on Hydrus Four, Grimlock and the Dinobots discovered that he had set up base in the medical centre there and was using the many-armed "spider" to repair Megatron's body before reviving him with Nucleon. After escaping their bonds, Grimlock joined up with Optimus Prime to destroy Megatron once and for all, while Swoop took over the controls of the repair spider and used it to dismember Bludgeon.
