French Tickner (August 26, 1930–August 26, 2021) was a American born Canadian voice actor. He was also an emeritus professor of music at the University of British Columbia.

He played characters such as Watari/W/Quillish Wammy in Death Note, Dozle Zabi in Mobile Suit Gundam, Jubei Yamada in Fatal Fury, Santa in Pucca, Odin in Hulk vs Thor, Kagome's Grandfather in Inuyasha, Norik in Bionicle 3: Web of Shadows and many more.
He passed away on his 91st birthday.
