Leafback is an Energy Beast from Wild King.

A simple straightshooter, Leafback (リーフバック Rīfubakku) isn't much for anything bent or curved. Among the dinosaurs of Elementros, Leafback is among the most physically powerful, rivalling only Drillnohorn. Trusting Captain Volca, Leafback has fallen under the influence of Megatron. For whatever reason, he believes that the more horns, the more smart a person is.

Possessing Grass Energy that gives power over nature, Leafback is an Energy Beast that can undergo wildocking with an Energy Master.

  • Leafback (Energy Beast, 2025)
  • ID number: WKB-04
  • Release date: April 26, 2025
  • Accessories: Triceratops head, Triceratops tail, "Grass Energy" breastplate
Part of the first wave of TakaraTomy's Wild King toyline, Leafback transforms into a robotic Triceratops. He can also transform into an arm or a leg extension for any Energy Master toy. He has a leaf-themed "Grass Energy" breastplate, which can be detached and re-attached to one of the four ports on the chest of the Energy Master torso, forming part of a large elemental "X".
He lacks a conventional melee weapon, though his removable dino-tail could be used as a huge club, if you like.
He shares several "core" parts with other Energy Beasts: he has the same torso and thighs as the other three in the wave, and shares the biceps and hindlegs/shins with Hydrophant.
