Hal Rayle (born January 3, 1955) is an American voice actor. Some of his more notable roles include Raphael in the European Vacation episodes of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Lieutenant Commander Steele in SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron, Hammerhead Hannigan in Darkwing Duck, Deep Six in G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero and, perhaps most importantly, all the ghoulies in Ghoulies II. Incidentally, Rayle replaced Peter Cullen as the voice of the Predator in Predator 2.
He and his wife Maggie Roswell (of Simpsons fame) run a voice over studio near their home in Denver.
