Arcee is a cogless miner on Cybertron, and a big fan of the Iacon 5000 race.

Watching the Iacon 5000 from the bleachers, Arcee cheered for Sentinel Prime when he made his grand entrance, jumping to high-five him as he performed a flyby right above her seat. When the race began, she spotted two cogless miners competing in the race and jubilantly shouted the news to her fellow miners in the audience.
Arcee was present when an upgraded Orion Pax visited the miners to rally them into rising up against Sentinel Prime. She expressed doubt that the cogless miners would be able to do much against Sentinel and his army, but an inspiring speech from Orion convinced the miners including Arcee to take up arms and join the battle above.
