- Survivor is a redeco of Titans Return Monxo with a newly tooled Carnivac face on his back. His deco appears to be largely based on one of Carnivac's other Marvel color schemes, specifically from "The Man in the Machine!". The new Carnivac face is taken almost directly from Carnivac's character model as seen on his instructions, with some influence from that same model's depictions in "Time Wars".
- Survivor was released along with Carnivac in a two-pack with Fisitron, as part of the "Wreck 'n Doom Collection", which was exclusive to Amazon in the US and available in limited quantities on Hasbro Pulse. The set was teased at Megacon Orlando 2025 before being officially revealed at that year's New York Toy Fair.
