| Noisemaze was a Cybertronian Transformer who was absorbed by [[Unicron]] and integrated into his being. When the dark god's [[spark]] was absorbed by [[Megatron (Armada)|Megatron]], the remaining body went awry in its regeneration functions in another space or universe. To compensate, the planet resurrected those who were absorbed by Unicron, including Noisemaze. Rechristening Unicron's body as "[[Planet X (Cybertron)|Planet X]]", its denizens found Unicron's memories and copied them into a medium of their own invention, and [[Soundwave (Cybertron)|Soundwave]] acted as an administrator to this data. After his homeworld was destroyed in the war against Gigantion, Soundwave discovered in Unicron's records the existence of [[Primus]] and his [[Cyber Planet Key]]s. There, he set off an explosion that allowed him the opportunity to steal the [[Cyber Planet Key]]s for [[Velocitron]] and [[Jungle Planet (colony)|Animatron]] that were in the Autobots' possession, along with the [[Omega Lock]]. Evasive in his answers to the shocked [[Optimus Prime (Armada)|Optimus Prime]], Noisemaze took his leave and turned over the artifacts to [[Starscream (Armada)|Starscream]] and [[Thundercracker (Armada)|Thundercracker]]. This assembly becomes a non-removable left-arm-mounted "shield" in robot mode.
