HasTak is a fan term used to refer collectively to Hasbro and Takara, particularly in situations where it isn't clear which company deserved the lion's share of credit (or blame) for something.
Use of the term has diminished somewhat since Takara merged with Tomy. Occasionally, the alternative Hastakomy is used in its place.
