As the culture of Caminus venerates Solus Prime as their progenitor, it is only logical that her famous hammer would be likewise honored. The Forgehammer is fittingly found denoting the position of the Mistress of Flame, the cultural and spiritual leader of the colony.
Fiction
2005 IDW continuity
When Unicron's Maximals swarmed Caminus, the Mistress gifted the Forgehammer to Pyra Magna while she remained behind to buy her people the time needed to evacuate. Last Stand The Torchbearer was not particularly grateful, feeling the hammer represented one last insulting jab from the Mistress, angrily stabbing it into the roof of one of Metroplex's building. Stranger Eons The hammer remained lodged in the Titan, even as he space bridged to Earth, Road's End and took part in the battle against the Chaos Bringer. Once Unicron had been felled, Pyra realized the Mistress had intended for Pyra to succeed her. Proudly reclaiming the Forgehammer, Pyra became the new Mistress, her first act being to recruit Slide into the Torchbearers. Ceremony

- The Forgehammer debuted on-panel alongside the Mistress in Windblade vol. 2 #1 but was not named until years later in Unicron #2.
