Haruka Oda (小田ハルカ Oda Haruka) is a Japanese comic artist and character designer. She is the author and illustrator of the wildly popular (and wildly adorable) long-running comic for young readers Transformers Go! Go! published in TV Magazine. Outside of Transformers, she's been known to work on indie games, anime, music videos and more and draw a lot of cute cats.
