The Gummy Multivitamin Dietary Supplement is a multivitamin intended for children. They come packaged in bottles sporting the heads of their favorite Autobots. The vitamins themselves are in the shape of small Autobot symbols. Each bottle encloses 60 multivitamins.
They are indeed quite tasty and addictive, but eating more than one a day would hurt you even more than regular candy would.
