He completed the Immortal Iron Fist story begun by his friend Ed Brubaker, has made various contributions to the X-Men and Deadpool canon, and was writing Birds of Prey for DC's "New 52." In 2012, Swierczynski wrote Infestation 2 for IDW Publishing.
