Phyllis Novin is a freelance American comic book inker. She apprenticed at Valiant Comics working as an assistant to Bob Layton. Since then, she has inked on a wide variety of titles including Batman, Captain America, Lobo, Spider-Man, The Tick and Wolverine. She has enjoyed a long run inking on The Simpsons and Futurama for Bongo Comics, and also taught inking at the Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art.
