Jetstorm is a Transformer from One.

Jetstorm is a racing participant at the prestigious Iacon 5000, and had quite an unlucky run at that, getting jumped on by stowaway miners and getting into crashes right before taking the lead. At least D-16 is a big fan of his.

Jetstorm was a racer in the Iacon 5000. While driving through a tunnel, D-16 jumped on him to get through, much to Jetstorm's chagrin.

Despite this, Jetstorm improved his place significantly towards the end of the race, only behind a four-bot pileup in the magnetic tunnel and the miners. He got into a crash in front of the tunnel, allowing Chromia to overtake him and the miners and win the race. One
