The name or term "Scott" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Scott (disambiguation).

Scott Brownlee (born May 25, 1951) is an American sound editor and (currently) a Film and Television School lecturer in Los Angeles.

He was the audio engineer responsible for the voice processing on The Transformers and The Transformers: The Movie and is the only man on earth that knows how Soundwave's voice was done.[1]

He also was the dialogue mixer for G.I. Joe, as well as other Sunbow Productions cartoons like Jem, Bigfoot And The Muscle Machines, My Little Pony and Inhumanoids.

Since 1994, Scott and his wife Pamela have run the Rockin' B Ranch, which until late 2020 regularly hosted cowboy-themed concert-cum-dinner events.[2]
