Hal Rayle (born January 3, 1955) is an American voice actor. Some of his more notable roles include Raphael in the European Vacation episodes of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Doyle Cleverlobe in Galaxy High School, Lieutenant Commander Steele in SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron, Deep Six in G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero and, perhaps most importantly, all the ghoulies in Ghoulies II. Incidentally, Rayle replaced Peter Cullen as the voice of the Predator in Predator 2.
