Buzz-Boars are a variety of mechanimal found on Cybertron. While capable of consuming organic matter when energon isn't available, it doesn't fuel them for long, and so they migrate across the planet's surface in groups of five or eight in constant search of more sustenance. Occupying the middle rung of the food chain, they tend to be jumpy, and respond to intruders by trying to gore them.

• Buzz-Boars are named after the Cobra vehicle of the same name from Transformers' sister series G.I. Joe.
