The name or term "Bruno" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Bruno (disambiguation).
An unique (and glitched) voice line justified the creation of this page.

Bruno Dubernat (January 17, 1962 - March 30, 2022) was a French actor and voice director.

Specialized in dubbing, he was the regular French voice of Neal McDonough for most of his appearances, but he also often dubbed Temuera Morrison (notably in the Star Wars universe), Tobin Bell in the Saw films, Taye Diggs, Blair Underwood and Justin Louis.

In animation, Bruno dubbed many characters including Killer Croc and Darkseid in several DC projects, Talon and Taurus in Gargoyles, Sidoh and Shingô Midô in Death Note and Brother Blood in the Teen Titans series.

Regarding games, he was the French voice of Ansem in the Kingdom Hearts games, Jango Fett in Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, Ra's al Ghul and Killer Croc in the Batman: Arkham games, Malthaël in Diablo III and Heroes of the Storm, and he dubbed the clone troopers and in several Star Wars games between 2002 and 2008.

Bruno Dubernat died on March 30, 2022 at the age of 60.

Notes

[edit]
  • Despite having only one line of dialogue in the game, it is bugged. An editing issue causes Unicron to say the equivalent of, "Destiny. You can no--stiny. -t ruin my destiny".
  • Following the passing of Bruno, Serge Biavan took over the dubbing of Temuera Morrison, in the new Star Wars projects but also in his other films. Serge has been the regular voice of the clone troopers in all the animated series and in post-2008 video games.
