Some of her more notable roles include Catherine in Gintama, Yumi Miyamoto in Detective Conan, Maido-kun (Howdy) and Neteru-kun (Snoozer) in Hamtaro, Kintaro Toyama in Prince of Tennis, Gotsumon in Digimon Adventure and Ingrid Hunnigan in the Resident Evil franchise. Dubbing wise Sugimoto has voiced Milhouse Van Houten in the theatrical dub of The Simpsons Movie, Maz Kanata in the Star Wars franchise, Tanta Sila in Forspoken, and Marie in Barbie of Swan Lake.
