Break a leg!

Crystalocution is an ancient martial art. It eschews the spirituality of other Cybertronian arts, such as Metallikato or Circuit-su, to focus mainly on hand-to-hand combat in which opponents are destroyed via striking their metal fracture points.[1]

Notes

[edit]
  • It is likely that Crystalocution is a nod to "Hokuto Shinken", the martial art used by the protagonist of the popular '80s anime Fist of the North Star, wherein opponents are (often explosively) dispatched by striking their pressure points. This in turn is based on the various less bloody real-life martial arts that specialize in utilizing the pressure points.

Foreign names

[edit]
  • Japanese: Crystalocution (クリスタロキューション Kurisutarokyūshon)
