The Formation Scream (フォーメーションスクリーム) is an all-or-nothing joint attack performed by Starscream and BB and effectively is a stronger version of BB's Bomber Squall. The two have to be in machine mode to pull it off and sync up, which temporarily causes them to glow. After that, they unleash every single missile and bomb stored within their systems on their target, exhausting both their ammo and themselves. The devastation wrought is likely to take out the enemy, but if Formation Scream fails then Starscream and BB are left defenseless.
Fiction
Beast Wars II cartoon
When it is was just them against nine Maximals, Starscream and BB chose to resort to Formation Scream. They synced up and unleashed a rain of missiles on their adversaries below on the ground. It left them so exhausted they couldn't keep upright when they transformed and landed, but the area was obliterated and the Maximals appeared to have been vaporized. However, the ground cracked open and the Maximals revealed themselves to be unharmed, having timely hidden behind the rocks. Now unarmed, BB waved a white flag. The End of Starscream
