The Cybertonium Pit is a location deep within the planet Cybertron where the substance Cybertonium is mined for the Decepticons. Prisoners taken there are trapped within a circular force field, and guarded by a number of guards, under the leadership of the Head Guard. [edit]- The Cybertonium Pit is made of rock, which is consistent with other instances of the deeper levels of Cybertron being non-metallic, notably the asteroid-origin of Cybertron associated with Primus, and the later depictions in Beast Machines in which Cybertron has an "organic core".
