- Booster ID number: 8
- Super Link Hover is a redeco of the Sea Mini-Con Team member Waterlog, transforming into a hovercraft with top-mounted pressure-launch missile.
- He was only available in the second Micron Booster assortment, in a blind-packed box so the buyer did not know which of the twelve Mini-Cons in the assortment he had until the box was opened. This assortment was primarily sold through convenience stores.
