Hover is an Autobot-allied Mini-Con from the Energon portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.

One of the many Autobot-allied Mini-Cons who assist in the search for raw Energon deposits, Hover (ホバー Hobā) is teammates with Mile and Solar in the Littoral Reconnaissance Mini-Con Team.[1]

Super Link Hover is a redeco of the Sea Mini-Con Team member Waterlog, transforming into a hovercraft with top-mounted pressure-launch missile.
He was only available in the second Micron Booster assortment, in a blind-packed box so the buyer did not know which of the twelve Mini-Cons in the assortment he had until the box was opened. This assortment was primarily sold through convenience stores.
This mold was also used to make Freeboot.
