| This article is about the classification system used in Transformers Cloud. For the much simpler system used in many other Takara stories, see Worlds. |
Spacetime (時空 Jikū) is the term used by the Spacetime Police of Cloud World to refer to the timelines within the Spacetime World. Related spacetimes are grouped into categories, sometimes called Worlds (世界 Sekai).
Terminology
Spacetimes are split into multiple categories, usually corresponding to a cartoon and given an appropriate two-letter code.
Known "spacetime categories" include:
From Cloud fiction:
- Cloud Spacetime
- OG Spacetime—The original cartoon.
- HM Spacetime—The Headmasters.
- MF Spacetime—Super-God Masterforce.
- BW Spacetime—Beast Wars.
- BS Spacetime—Beast Wars II.
- MD Spacetime—Armada (Micron Densetsu).
From the Ask Vector Prime Facebook page[1]:
- TH World—Transformers Animated (cartoon).
- Crest World—2005 IDW continuity.
- AM World—Transformers: Prime (cartoon).
- Excelverse—The Transformers (Marvel comic).
Spacetimes can then be further specified with a numerical designation. While this originally seemed to correspond to an episode number, later designations would use seemingly arbitrary numbers.
