- X-Throttle is an Autobot Builder from the Beast Wars: Uprising portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
X-Throttle is a Micromaster soldier, teamed up with Axle and Screw.

- Release date: August 10, 2004
X-Throttle was repurposed from Super Link Throttle.
- A redeco of the Energon/Cybertron version of Sureshock, Throttle transforms into a four-wheeled ATV of undetermined, probably-made-up model. They can also form the torso and arms of the combined robot Windcharger.
- This figure was exclusively available at Japanese Toys"R"Us stores, as a promotional giveaway with the purchase of 2000 yen worth of Super Link toys, limited to 4000 pieces countrywide.
- This toy doubles as the Beast Wars: Uprising character X-Throttle. This mold was also used to make Micron Booster Damper.
