Longarm Prime is an Autobot that's really Decepticon named Shockwave in the Transformers Animated continuity family.

Longarm Prime is the head of Cybertron Intelligence, reporting to Ultra Magnus. He's an old classmate of Bumblebee's, knowing the little yellow Autobot from way back. He's well-named, as his adaptable limbs can telescope to great lengths. He transforms into a Cybertronic crane/tank mix.

Longarm joined the Cybertronian service to become an intelligence officer. When Bumblebee began to suspect that his other classmate Wasp was a Decepticon spy, he took his concerns to Longarm. Supportive of the little yellow recruit's suspicions, he encouraged Bumblebee, but warned him that if he went directly to Sentinel Minor, their drill sergeant would just take all the credit. However, if Bumblebee gathered the evidence himself, he'd be on the fast track to the Cybertron Elite Guard. Unfortunately, all of Bumblebee's efforts only got him in worse trouble, and his fellow recruits began to bully him, with Longarm being the only one to stick up for him. Finally, Longarm found out that Sentinel was about to conduct a surprise inspection and informed Bumblebee that he'd best find his evidence before Sentinel did. Longarm distracted Wasp with one of his extending limbs, giving Bumblebee the opportunity he needed. The boot camp screwup showed Sentinel Minor that there was a Decepticon communicator in Wasp's footlocker. Longarm assured Bumblebee he was now a shoe-in for the Elite Guard.

Years later, Longarm was still in the service, having been promoted to the rank of Prime and head of Cybertron Intelligence. His old buddy Bumblebee told him about the danger of a potential Autobot traitor, a matter which Longarm Prime promised to see to personally. Autoboot Camp

Longarm is really the Decepticon double agent Shockwave.
