When did Mr. Green take Professor Plum's job?

Professor Greene is a scientist who just wants to help the Autobots defend Earth against the Decepticons. To this end, he invented the Ultra Plane, an unmanned drone aircraft which can be operated remotely.

Professor Greene proudly demonstrated his Ultra Plane to Optimus Prime, Jazz, Hound, and Mirage, who all made impressed noises. Evidently the Decepticons were impressed enough to regard the Ultra Plane as a threat. To Professor Greene's distress, Starscream "discreetly" destroyed his invention with some sort of grenade. The Autobots soon worked out who was behind it, and rushed off to protect the Ultra Plane blueprints from the Decepticons. Desertion of the Dinobots, Part 1
