Jason led a rally in Jacksonville, Florida, that was interrupted when his "evidence" (Energon) was stolen by Knock Out and Breakdown's plans. He led the Heath Group on a chase after the Energon, pestering the Autobots with questions.

Jason's opinion that there was no difference between the Autobots and Decepticons was altered when he and the Heath Group were caught in the crossfire of a fight between Autobots and Knock Out. Knock Out's blatant disregard for human life and the Autobots' focus on protecting it (to a degree, depending on player choices) showed him the error of his ways and he became a potential ally of the Autobots.
