Notes

[edit]
  • Gilles Morvan took over the role of Ironhide after the death of Pascal Massix, his first voice actor.
  • On the other hand, he didn't voice Barricade in Dark of the Moon or in The Last Knight.
  • For unknown reasons, Gilles Morvan plays a pair of Ratchet's lines in Revenge of the Fallen and in Dark of the Moon. Notably, it's Ironhide who says "Bumblebee, get them out of here!" after Optimus Prime's death in Revenge of the Fallen and also Ironhide who tells Sentinel Prime that's "There's nothing to fear" after his resurrection in Dark of the Moon. Alain Dorval is a pretty busy man, yknow!
  • While he was at it, Morvan also delivers two lines supposed to be from Sideswipe in Revenge of the Fallen. As a result, it's Ironhide who starts saying "What is the meaning of this?" to Galloway's soldiers and it's Sideswipe with Ironhide's voice who says "Sam! Spotted Sam!" during the battle in Egypt.
  • Gilles did not come back for the two-parts finale of EarthSpark, Prowl being dubbed by another actor. It may be a scheduling problem, or maybe the voice director did not bother because of the very little amount of lines the character had.
