The Republic of Mont Parta (モンパルタ共和国 Mon Paruta Kyōwakoku) is home to the Autobot Headmaster Junior Minerva, whose father is the country's ambassador to Japan. One of the country's most famous citizens is the Nobel Prize-winning biologist, Professor Blanieux.
The precise geographical location of Mont Parta is unknown, with the only indication of its position on the globe being the fact that flights heading from Mont Parta to Japan travel west over Europe.
